Instructions for Electronic Fund TransferIf you are sending money by electronic fund transfer, please provide the following information together with the fund transfer:
- Congregation you belong to (e.g. English, Cantonese, Mandarin or SWITCH)
- Category or purpose of the offertory (e.g. General Fund, Mission Fund, Church Building Fund, Theological Student Scholarship Fund, Benevolence Fund)
- Your name

Most banks allow you to include a short text message that will be sent together with the fund transfer. You should talk to your bank if you are unsure about this. If you are able to send a text message, we suggest that you adopt the following format (to aid our church administration):

Where:
[Congregation] is replaced by:
EM – if you belong to English ministry
CM – if you belong to Cantonese ministry
MM – if you belong to Mandarin ministry
YM – if you belong to Youth or SWITCH ministry
[Category] is replaced by:
GF – if the money is for the General Fund
MF – if the money is for the Missionary Fund
CBF – if the money is for the Church Building Fund
TSF – if the money is for the Theological Student Scholarship Fund
BF – if the money is for the Benevolence Fund
Please only include one category per amount.

ReceiptA receipt can be provided on request. If you wish to
obtain a receipt from the church, you should include your name with the electronic fund transfer. You can also send an email to the church
